In October 2022, the UN SDGPP in partnership with UN Kenya, the Aga Khan University Institute for Human Development (IHD) and Frontier Counties Development Council (FCDC) co-hosted a webinar on the theme of “Scaling-up high-quality Early Childhood Development (ECD) programs among marginalized communities in the Frontier Counties Development Council (FCDC) region: Opportunities and challenges”. The objective of the webinar was to fill a critical gap in knowledge and scale up investment in ECD with a focus on counties within the FCDC region.
